Job Description
Seeking to hire a "Inspector Trainee" experienced in Rod and Tubing. Essential functions will be:
*Accurately tagging work to maintain operation flow
*Inspecting parts and tools routinely for proper calibration
*Request tools, parts and supplies in a timely fashion, as necessary, to maintain operational flow and inventory counts
*Accurately track production and calibration on correct forms
*Perfor4m cleaning operations using detergent baths, de-greasing, grit blasting, wire brushing, etc.
*Place finished goods on designated rack
*Notify supervisor of any mechanical, leaking or material issues in a timely fashion
*Coordinate and expedite repair/assembly operations with Inspection Manager
*Evaluate self-work to ensure compliance with work instructions and standards
*Log completed work and prepare necessary documentation
*Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area
