Experienced Office Manager for a small established Medical Clinic.
Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, sometimes includes training
Assisting in organizing and faxing payroll to accountant
Promoting staff development and training
Responding to customer enquiries and complaints
Organizing and maintaining supplies of stationary, medical supplies, and equipment
Assisting in making referrals
Managing telephone messaging for during and after hours

Occasional overtime may be required/hours may shorten as business needs dictate.
Must pass a drug screen. Pass a background check. Bilingual a plus. Must send in resume and be prepared to interview for position. Must be able to perform all office duties and oversee office staff.
