Job Description
*Hours: Mon thru Fri 8am to 2:30pm, average 33 hours weekly. After training, 7:30am to 2:30pm
*Applicant will be making sauce for our restaurants. Which includes but not limited to:
-Sifting dry spices together, weighing and bagging them
-Will be lifting cases of product up to 30 lbs at a time
-Will be mixing dry and wet ingredients together in 30-gallon containers with over sized
spatulas
-Will be pouring mixed product into a machine to make packets, then will be weighing the boxes of packets and making adjustments as needed
-Will be labeling and boxing up the product (packets or gallon jugs) to ready them for
shipping
-Will be taping up/making boxes to ship the product in
-Will be cleaning/sanitizing sauce room end of day with hot water and bleach
-Job is labor intensive and fast paced
