Pay $16-$20 an hour. Position requires Individual who works well with others and is open to job changing day to day. Position works with the Office Receptionist helping with a variety of duties preparing communications, such as emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence as needed. Schedule staff and other meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars. Maintain and order office supplies. Must be proficient in Quickbooks. Will be responsible for invoice preparation, manage accounts and perform bookkeeping.
