Job Description

The ideal Quality Assurance Technician will be in charge of performing GMP, SSOP and HACCP based monitoring as well as perform microbial and chemical analysis of food. Baisc math, chemistry and microbiology is involved within job duties, candidate will also work independently and must have attention to detail. Pay DOE

Job Requirements

-Good communication and organization skills
-Knowledge of GMP, SSOP and HACCP is preferred
-Able to lift up to 65 LBS
-Must be computer literate
-Must be flexible and open to learning new skills
-Experience in meat/food processing is a plus
-Four year degree in Meat and Food Science is preferred
-Must be able to report Monday through Friday, 6AM to 3PM work schedule
