Job Description

Responsible for the Mail Room for a large entity processing in coming and outgoing mail. Pickup and delivers inter-office mail and supplies. Responsible for stamps, the mailing machine operations and supplies and warehouse functions such as receiving and delivery of supplies, copy paper, equipment, furniture, etc. Inputs required information into computor system for Inventory and Office supplies. Creates monthly and yearly reports for Office.

Job Requirements

Must have good computer skills and work well with others.
